(1) equal military sevice pay for serving/retired (MSP) and disability pay (2)stop dividing tradesmen x gp b/w Rs 3600/- & Rs 6200/-(3) OROP not to be discriminated on ON REQUEST DISCHARGE (4) Same rate of librelised family, war injury and disability pension (5) ordinary pension equal to service pension (6) AFGIS benefits extended upto age of 85 yrs (6) all 3 MACP to be given within 17 yrs of service  benefit  (7) Minimum pay guarantee in pay matrix should be multiplication of 3 (8) Sepoy pay matrix level  should be 4  (9) abolish sahayak system in army (10) discriminatory DGR policies on coco petrol pump/cng/security/coal agency (11) discrimination in fixation of 7th cpc multiplying factor (12) OROP wrong fixation in pension (7) MOD circular 568 wrong fixation of pension (13) restoration of old pension 75% (9)pension to be restored on highest pay scale fixation with rank weightage  (14) full pension for widow till age 67 yrs (15) pay fixation in PSUs & Govt (16) misusing of csd profit rs 200/- crores per annum by top brass of defence (17)degradation of hony Lt /capt in pay fixation (18) GOVT/MOD delay tactics replying in courts on MSP/OROP/CSD/DGRt to be stopped.
