It may be noted that under OROP 2, Ex-Servicemen of X Group who retired before and after 01 Jan 2016 were being paid with different pay Anomalies.
In the interest of Group X Veterans, the Voice of Ex-Servicemen Society challenged in the Supreme Court and on the court’s order, the case was filed in AFT Delhi.
In the larger interest of all such Group X Veterans of pre 2016 whose number is in millions, on which the AFT has asked for a list of affected members of the organization, so that further notice can be issued to the government.
All affected ESMs of X Pay are requested to subscribe to the Voice of Ex-Servicemen Society at the earliest by visiting www.voiceofexservicemen.in and reading the court order and send their details to
