*We are pleased to inform you all that today (01.02.2019), Supreme Court of India, in the SLP(c) 1989/2019, has issued the notice to respondents/G.O.I.*

*Subject SLP is for illegal use of word “O” against many lucrative schemes of the DGR, like Security Agency License, COCO outlets(Petrol/Diesel) and CNG, Coal Transportation etc.*

A PIL was dismissed in Delhi High court two months back on the same, which compelled us to know the door of the Apex court.

*Sr. Advovate Nalin Kolhi is engaged for the subject SLP*. And this case *will cost* your own society for a sum of *Rs. 5 lakhs approximately*, and we will request you all *please donate generously to the society so that we can fight till the discrimination in the defence forces is not eradicated*.

Prayer of our Writ is given below:

a) Writ, order or direction in the nature of CERTIORARI or any other appropriate, writ, order or direction in favour of the Petitioner and against the respondents thereby *quashing the insertion of the word ESM(O) in place of ESM* in various schemes, policies of the respondent impugned annexed herein as ANNEXURE-P-3 , 4,5,6,7,8,9.

b) Writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS or any other appropriate, writ, order or direction in favour of the Petitioner and against the respondents *mandating the treatment of all JCOs, NCOs and ORs eligible for all the schemes of resettlements issued by the respondent and to grant equal opportunities to all the ESMs in all the matters of rehabilitation/resettlement.*

c) Writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS or any other appropriate, writ, order or direction in favour of the Petitioner and against the respondents *thereby cancelling all the allotments*, assignments under *various schemes of respondent on the basis of the illegal schemes viz Security Agency License, COCO outlets(Petrol/Diesel) and CNG, Coal Transportation and all other related schemes there under done on the basis of the arbitrary scheme done illegally by the respondent.*

d) Writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS or any other appropriate, writ, order or direction in favour of the Petitioner and against the respondents *mandating the treatment of all JCOs, NCOs and ORs in the proportion of their strength in the services as well as post retirements i.e. 97% and remaining for Officers*.
