As veterans know that due to the case filed in HC Allahabad by the Voice of Ex Servicemen Society, fresh table of minimum guarantee pension by delinking 33 service clause in respect of Pre-06 retirees was issued. However, our expert team scrutinized the Govt order and table and found that Rs 400 to 1000 has been given less in basic pay by the PCDA in respect of Sepoy to Sub Maj and equivalent rank of Air Force and Navy. We sent several representation and finally knocked the door of AFT tribunal Delhi. After consistently pursuing the case, the honorable court issued notice to the Govt on 20.01.2020. जैसा कि आप सभी वेटेरन को पता है कि वॉइस ऑफ एक्स सर्विसमैन सोसाइटी द्वारा हाइ कोर्ट इलाहाबाद मे दायर याचिका के बाद सरकार ने 2006 से पहले सेवानिवृत सैनिको का न्यूनतम पेंशन का टेबल को 33 साल सेवा की शर्त को समाप्त करते हुये संसोधन किया | संसोधन के बाद संगठन की एक्सपर्ट टीम ने सरकारी आदेश और टेबल का छान-बिन किया और पाया कि सिपाही से सूबेदार मेजर तथा एयर फोर्स और नेवी के समान रैंक के बेसिक पेंशन मे कम से कम 400 से लेकर 1000 रु तक सीडीए पेंशन इलाहाबाद ने कम दिया है | कई प्रत्यावेदन के बाद एएफ़टी दिल्ली मे केस फ़ाइल किया गया और लंबे समय तक केस को फॉलो करने के बाद मा0 कोर्ट ने सरकार को नोटिस 20.12020 को जारी किया | सिपाही से सूबेदार मेजर रैंक तक को आर्थिक फायदा होगा अगर हम केस जीतते है |
